Aim of the Game:

You and your duo partner must solve puzzles and discover physical embodiments of your negative thoughts. Doubt can tear a couple apart, don't let it build up by finding hope along the way.

Controls & mechanics:

WASD and < > arrow keys to move
Space and ^ arrow key to jump.
Jump on enemies to defeat them!
Find Hope which acts as a checkpoint and refills your HP.

Endings:

Good Ending: Don't get hit once, this will keep you clear of doubt.

Bad Ending: Take Damage and watch your soul fill with negative thoughts.

Local Multiplayer

This game uses LAN, meaning you have to be connected to the same Internet address. Please use a VPN to play across other networks.

Climb up the wall and find out if you deserve a happy ever after.

This game was made in 4 weeks as a school project. I hope you enjoy :)

Install instructions

Unzip the file and open the application

If prompted by windows, Press "More" and "Run Anyway".

LAN SETUP:

It's as easy as pressing Host and Join on each of the computers.

If you're wanting to play across wifi networks I recommend using a VPN (VPNs not tested but in theory should work).

And finally, the most important step, Have fun!
